Just ok experience, lots of issues
poor a c unserviced room
The location was acceptable, within walking distance of many attractions.
The a/c in my room barely worked, REALLY frustrating. There was a kettle without a nearby outlet, so I had to request an extension cord. After a long day, I returned to find my room hadn't been serviced. That was UNACCEPTABLE.

the location was acceptable. the staff were present.
The room felt quite outdated. bathrooms had some damaged fixtures, disappointing. breakfast had limited choices. There was only one coffee machinewith long queues. hot water wasn't available one morning, forcing me to take a cold shower and disrupting my schedule.

acceptable stay, noisy conditions
broken tv system inattentive staff
the location proved quite practical. it allowed easy access to key landmarks.
the tv system did not work during the entire four-night stay. there was also a strong cleaning product smell present in the corridor on our floor. the breakfast service was notably slow, and the staff seemed inattentive. it was difficult to obtain simple things such as cream for coffee.

the location was convenient for seeing many sights.
My room wasn't properly cleaned. I discovered hair on a plate when I was about to have breakfast. i found this very off putting.

attentive staff comfortable bed fantastic bathroom
I found the staff very attentive. They provided nespresso coffee and bottled water in the room daily. the hotel's location made it easy to get around (i visited in may 2024). my room was very comfortable. It had lovely beds and a fantastic bathroom.
the elevator service was slow because one elevator was out of order.
